I am a music artist who's always been impassioned by the visual arts as well. Ever since I was a kid I've enjoyed expressing my love for my favourite movies, and having in the past few years fallen into the rabbit hole of anime - different series and fandom. I haven't been the most active Deviantart user by any means but I enjoy sharing these expressions fandom when I have the pictures. My art mediums vary between sketches (pencil and tablet), paintings and sculptures.
I studied music and hope to continue being able to perform my whole life. My recent favourite Japanese artist and strong musical muse is Akiko Shikata (initially heard performing the 2nd ending song of Akatsuki no Yona), and I would love to create and perform music with similar spirit and beauty to hers one day.
My top 5 anime series are Free!, Akatsuki no Yona, Kamisama Kiss, Kaichou wa Maid Sama, and Haikyuu. My top 5 manga are Kamisama Hajimemashita (ongoing), Fruits Basket, Akatsuki no Yona (ongoing), Dengeki Daisy, and Strobe Edge, with a very recent addition of Mahou Tsukai no Yome. The latter, also known as The Ancient Magus' Bride, by Kore Yamazaki was an overnight love which has also become a slight obsession, yet a positive muse for artistic and musical expression, with its own striking art style. I highly recommend all of the above. Their art styles and love stories are beautiful, and I enjoy their emotional drive.
